Introduction

Gmail is Google's free and easy to use email client available for use on many platforms. Gmail comes pre-installed on all Android devices and can cater for all different types of Email account, such as IMAP. Here we are going to configure the Gmail App to recieve email from the Plesk Server. In doing so, you can easily switch between the different Accounts inside the Gmail App.

1. Open Gmail from your Android device.
2. Click the Menu from the top bar.

3. Click "Settings".

4. Gmail will now list the Email Accounts that are already configured. Simply click "Add account" to get started.

5. Select "Other" from the list of Email providers

6. Now select the "Personal (IMAP)" option.

7. Enter your CAMRA Email Address when prompted and then click "Next".

8. Enter your email address password and click "Next".


Incoming Mail Server

9. We now need to confirm the details of the Incoming Server Settings that we are trying to add which have been automatically discovered. Ensure the form is completed as per the below:
• Email Address - Please enter the email address that you are trying to add.
• Password - Enter the account password.
• Server - Please ensure this matches your Branch Website Domain.


Outgoing Mail Server

10. We now need to tell Gmail the details of the Outgoing Server Settings we are trying to add. Ensure the form is completed as per the below:
• Email Address - Please enter the email address that you are trying to add.
• Password - Enter the account password.
• SMTP Server - Please ensure this matches your Branch Website Domain.

11. Gmail will now confirm that your account has been setup. In order to complete the setup, simply enter the name of the Account. As noted by Gmail, this is also the Name displayed on sent messages. Once done, click "Next".

12. Complete the Account Options as per your personal preferences, and then click "Next" for Gmail to add the account.
